Just as I began to feel that the jet lag was gradually improving, I started to feel like I might be coming down with a cold. I have a sore throat and a headache, so perhaps my resistance was low and I picked something up. There is no real medicine that cures a cold. Eat and sleep — that is all. Fortunately, maybe because of the jet lag, I do not wake up in the middle of the night and I sleep well.

I am not sure why my condition stayed so good during the trip. Maybe it was because my diet was better, or maybe because I was free from the stress of work. There are too many uncertain factors to know for sure, but in any case, the trip to Germany was good in many ways. Travel really is good, and traveling abroad is especially good. That is what I felt again. I wish I could keep enough room in my life to travel from time to time.

I feel that my practice has changed a little compared to before going to Germany.
What I am doing is not so different, but I am moving more carefully and more slowly.

I do not want to move carelessly and repeat things in a way that puts unnecessary strain on the body. If the movement is correct, I am confident that it is good for the body.

What I learned in Germany gave me the feeling that when I train ki correctly, the body feels comfortable, and the mind feels good as well.
That is the kind of confidence I gained.
