微熱程度の熱でも、少しでも熱がでるとすぐにぐったりする人間なので絶対風邪はひきたくない。若い時にはタバコも吸っていたが、すぐに体調は崩すし、風邪は引きやすいしで、私には合わないとやめた。楽しかった予定も、ねばならない予定も全てが崩れるので風邪は引かないほうがいいと、健康に気をつけるようになって久しい。昔に比べると圧倒的に風邪を引かなくなった。この道場もあるので今は引くわけにいかないのもある。

明日を昇級審査を控えたメンバーもいたので、三級審査技を取り上げて1、2ヶ月経った。自分の中の考察や師範の動きの分析をメンバーに伝えて、昇級でないメンバーも勉強になったと思う。全ての技に難易度はなく、全て勉強になる。皆で勉強すればいい。
Even a slight fever leaves me completely drained, so I really do not want to catch a cold. When I was younger, I smoked for a while, but I would quickly feel unwell and catch colds easily, so I realized it did not suit me and quit. Catching a cold ruins both enjoyable plans and obligations alike, so it has been a long time since I started paying close attention to my health. Compared to the past, I catch colds far less often now. With this dojo to take care of, I simply cannot afford to get sick anymore.

There were members who have a promotion examination tomorrow, so we focused on third-kyu examination techniques. It has been one to two months since we began working on them. I shared my own reflections and my analysis of the shihan’s movements, and I believe it was valuable study even for those who are not testing for promotion. No technique has a fixed level of difficulty; every technique is something to learn from. We can all study together.
