訝しげな空が嵐のような風を吹かせて、雨が降っているのに夕日が空を染める、月が２つでも浮かびそうな怪しげな感じを醸し出しています。先日はスーパームーンで夜空を明るく照らし、日々見たこともないような空を見ているだけで、全くその表情は人の目を飽きさせません。地球というこの船は我々船員を数億年も運び続けて、未だなお、尽きることのない好奇心を掻き立てるに十分な秘密を抱えながら見守ってくれているようです。外の宇宙と内なる宇宙、共に興味深い宇宙が広がっています。

をやりました。年末の演武会に向けて、初心者の方も含めてみんなで合気道を色々な視点で楽しめるようにみんなの前で披露する練習をしました。３つの技の連続ではすぐに終わってしまう感じがあるのは、皆さんがスムーズに技をできるようになっている証拠でしょう。もう少し技を増やして、連続でできるようにしていこうと思いました。今日も頑張りました。

Recently, the supermoon lit up the night sky, and each day, the sky shows faces we’ve never seen before, never failing to captivate us. This planet, Earth, has carried us passengers for hundreds of millions of years, yet it still holds enough secrets to keep our curiosity alive and well. There’s a fascinating universe both outside in space and within ourselves, and both are endlessly intriguing.

We practiced in preparation for the year-end demonstration, ensuring that even beginners could enjoy Aikido from various perspectives. Practicing in front of everyone is a good way to build confidence and mastery. When performing a series of three techniques, it often feels like it’s over too quickly, which is evidence that everyone is smoothly executing the techniques. I realized we could add a few more techniques and make them flow seamlessly. Everyone worked hard again today.
